About the Author

Allie Alberigo brings 33 years of Martial Arts experience to a very ambitious goal-teaching the discipline of the martial arts around the world to students of all ages, instructing them to excel in all they do while encouraging them to seek a larger perspective, to learn about the world and its many facets and how the martial arts can make positive changes in their lives. He Focuses on how to incorporate love, kindness and compassion while acquiring the warrior spirit.

His pursuit of martial arts excellence has always been enhanced by a variety of other interests, from gymnastics, stunt work, motorcycle and horseback riding and scuba diving to his 18 years of work as a performing rock musician. In addition, from 1986 to present, his film experience has included instructional videos, video seminars, TV martial arts performances and demonstrations, commercials, pay-per-view and interviews and roles in varied films. He is also a published poet and author.
