About the Author

Meditation teacher Andrew JiYu Weiss is ordained in both Thich Nhat Hanh’s Order of Interbeing and the White Plum Lineage of the Japanese Soto Zen tradition. Andrew is founder of the Clock Tower Sangha in Maynard, Massachusetts.
