I attended church as a child and accepted Christ when I was 10 years old. But my walk with Jesus left a lot to be desired for the next 44 years. In 1994 I "wrestled" with God for several months and in September of that year totally surrendered my life to Jesus.
In 1996 I was so driven to study God's Word that I attended the Indianapolis campus of Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (Chicago) to earn a Certificate of Biblical Studies. My hunger for God's Word led me to lead and write all my own Bible studies for our small group. I have been an entrepreneur and Bible study leader for the past 25 years. I founded Get Wisdom Publishing in 2019 in order to publish The OBSCURE Bible Study Series (getwisdompublishing.com).
Also in 2019 I was one of four members who founded The Acanthus Group (theacanthusgroup.org). I am a member of The Church at Station Hill in Spring Hill, TN, a regional campus of Brentwood Baptist (Brentwood TN).
