Believe: The one simple area of focus that can make your transformations and Continuous Improvement culture truly sustainable

Most transformations do not fail because of the wrong tools. They fail because leaders never address what people actually believe.

Dr Morgan L. Jones has spent his career closing that gap. He has implemented Lean and Six Sigma across more than eight organisations, trained over 1,200 Black Belts and 10,000 Green Belts, and delivered more than $2.3 billion in documented, sustainable savings. Along the way, he kept seeing the same pattern: organisations with the right processes, boards, and training still could not make change stick. The missing ingredient was not a system. It was belief.

Morgan began his career as a naval officer specializing in engineering before pursuing a master's degree in Lean management. Over the years, he has successfully implemented Lean and Six Sigma methodologies across more than eight organizations, training over 1,200 black belts and 10,000 green belts. His efforts have resulted in sustainable savings exceeding $2.3 billion and have earned over 23 international awards. As a certified Shingo Institute facilitator, Master Trainer, and Shingo examiner, Morgan brings a wealth of expertise to his work. His diverse experience spans industries such as automotive, marine, heavy engineering, government, mining, logistics, and financial services. In addition to holding a Doctorate in competitive advantage and technology diffusion, Morgan is a certified executive coach and an award-winning, published author.
