Believer from Milk to Maturity : The Ultimate Health Guide

Overcome the Symptoms of Faith-life Deficiency

Faith-life is the principal enterprise representing the believer's daily internal and interpersonal functioning based on the believer's relationship with the Father through Jesus Christ. How the believer thinks, acts, behaves, and makes decisions is the result of the believer's Faith-life.

Counseling, consulting and working with couples and individuals as well as ministry professionals who encounter symptoms such as fractured families, depression, anxiety and panic attacks, addiction, pornography, abortion, defiant children, teenaged pregnancy, fallen ministers and ministries, Dr. DavidSon has identified a common functional plague. His term for this plague is Faith-life-Deficiency (FLD).

New believers and believers with years of Christian experience are as high risk for these symptoms as their unbelieving counterparts. Among several causative factors, Dr. DavidSon reveals:

"While it may be great for an event or single service, many believers are subjected to feel good talks, religious shtick, obsessive religious themes, religious cliché patterns or motivational fanfare where they will rarely learn the functional wholeness Jesus Christ represents. Where ministries have well designed Faith-life programs, they are offered as alternatives, electives, or options and believers often miss one or more essential topics."

Jesus was clear that every believer must be fully equipped for living and ministry. When they are not fully Faith-life enabled, they are subject to every kind of evil-based fault, scheme, disease, and trick originated by the agents of darkness and evil. Thus, Faith-life Deficiencies may be apparent in any or all areas of a believer's Faith-life.
