Vol. IV (1900): frontispiece, v & 9 pages, 27 plates. Original cloth with boards, rubbed. Vol. I and II slightly split among the external hinges. Vol. I with some plates slightly chipped on the edge, with occasional tape repair. Split text block in volume II. A few loose plates in volume IV. Plate of former owner in all volumes.
