About the Author
Andy Higgins has coached in Canada from high school to the highest international levels over a 40-year span. He has guided some of Canada’s best track and field athletes to the podium in numerous major games, and in his 24 years at the University of Toronto guided the men’s and women’s track and field programmes to national prominence. Andy is a founding member and past president of the Canadian Professional Coaches Association and most recently has been a speaker, coach, and workshop leader dealing with excellence to the corporate world. He is also Director of the National Coaching Institute Ontario.
