Hardcover book club edition with dust jacket. The book is in very good condition, marred only by some light wear on its covers' edges. Its binding is sound and square, with no spine crease. Covers are unmarked and otherwise unworn. Pages are unmarked and unworn. Its dust jacket, now protected by a removable mylar cover, is in fair condition, bright and unmarked, marred only by a 1/2" chip in the top of its spine, a 1/4" chip in its back top edge, short closed tears in ts spine and back, a corner-clipped front flap, and some toning along its folds and edges. I will ship this book in a moisture-proof zip-loc bag, padded in bubble cushion, inside a sturdy box to assure it reaches its new owner in the condition described.

Shipping terms
- Items will be carefully packaged to assure they arrive as described.
- All shipments will be via US Postal Service unless requested otherwise. Standard shipping within the USA will be via USPS Media Mail. Priority shipping within the USA will be via USPS First Class Mail.
- My current Standard shipping rate within the USA is US$4.00 for the first book, and US$2.00 for additional books in the same order.
- There are two situations where I will refund to the buyer a portion of the postage charged by ABEBOOKS: (1) Separate orders placed on the same date for shipment to the same address will be shipped together, so I will refund half of the postage paid for the first book in each such second and subsequent order. And (2) Books described as "paperbacks" in my descriptions weigh less than other books, so I will refund US$1.00 of the paid shipping fee for the 2nd and subsequent paperbacks in the same order shipping to the same address.
