About the Author

Actress and acting coach Sara Mornell started acting at the age of thirteen. Before moving to Los Angeles and signing with the Paul Kohner Agency, she received her BFA at Carnegie Mellon University. At the height of her career while recurring on two shows for CBS, she made the choice to step away from Hollywood. She was then asked to coach an actor for an audition, and soon realized that coaching was her passion. Mornell now divides her time between coaching and acting. In eight years, she has become recognized as a pioneer of a new school of thought. Credits include appearances in numerous popular television shows, including People Like Us, Judging Amy, Becker, ER, Without a Trace, Dharma and Greg, Six Feet Under, Party of Five, Star Trek: Deep Space 9, Prime Suspect,CSI: NY, and Bones, among others.
