Nice, clean VG cloth covered boards with minor edgewear. Clean and straight pages. Some photographic plates plus line drawings throughout. DJ shows a little more wear at corners and a sun faded spine. Book club edition noted on flap. Now protected in mylar. Recipes selected as "standard" American classic dishes, and still very useful and appetizing. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 332 pages.
