This short book is a simple straightforward look at how to recognize and change the way we respond to the difficulties in life.

Sometimes manifesting to create what you want in life can be as simple as setting a firm intention and other times can elude us.  There are many complex interactions going on inside us that keep us from living the fulfilled life we are looking for.  

One of the most difficult behavior patterns to change has a genetic component.  Recognizing and changing these are covered in my Rewriting Your Life process, which is beyond the scope of this smaller book.  However, the good thing is the more self-aware we become and take back conscious choice, we shift even these patterns.

This book was written to help my patients move past repetitive patterns seen in depression, health problems and a myriad of other emotionally based issues.  I put together and created some technique as pattern interrupts for my patients to help them make major changes in their lives.

Life is an ongoing evolution of learning and understanding.  We can see this as a constant struggle and difficulties to overcome, or we can experience life as adventurer.  One that may have difficult moment, but we can choose to experience more pleasure and satisfaction as we go through this adventure.
