He has been engaged in university education for nearly thirty years where he teaches courses on leadership and organizational behavior.

Dennis F. Lekan, Ed.D., CMF is President of Corporate Leadership Associates LLC - OI Partners, a firm that specializes in leadership development, succession planning, outplacement, assessment, and executive coaching. He has worked with over three hundred organizations and a thousand individuals in the areas of career transition counseling, executive coaching, and organization development consulting. He holds both Doctorate and Masters degrees from Columbia University.
