She received her bachelor's degree in nutritional sciences from University of Wisconsin-Madison and her master's in clinical nutrition from New York University. Her straightforward, yet friendly voice has allowed her to break through the wellness space as a refreshing and honest nutrition expert. Tracy is the in-house nutrition expert at Betches Media and is the host of Well+Good's food and nutrition YouTube series, "You vs Food".
