Beyond the Autumn Leaves

Matt Burke has spent years preparing for the hike of a lifetime-the Alpine Staircase to the summit of Mount Whitehorse. But this journey is more than just a test of endurance; it's a tribute to his father, who lost his life on the very same trail. As Matt pushes himself up the mountain, memories of his past resurface-his childhood, his father's tragic death, and the love of the wilderness they once shared.

But something is waiting for him in the mountains. A force beyond his understanding begins to manipulate his path, leading him into an unforgiving wilderness where time, reality, and memory blur. A strange child emerges from the depths of the forest, offering guidance, yet withholding truths. And lurking in the shadows, a monstrous presence watches his every move.

As Matt's journey unfolds, he is forced to confront not only the perils of the wilderness but also the haunting truth of his own existence. Trapped between life and death, between past and future, he must make an impossible choice-one that will determine the fate of his family and his own soul.

A genre-bending blend of mystery, horror, and the supernatural, Beyond the Autumn Leaves is an emotional and harrowing tale of loss, redemption, and the unbreakable bonds that transcend even death.
