About the Author
Dale Figtree, Ph.D., has been a 'Nutritional Health Practitioner' for over twenty-seven years and an artist since childhood. She has a private 'Nutritional Consulting' practice in Santa Barbara, California, and has taught 'The Basics of Nutrition' for several years at the Santa Barbara College of Oriental Medicine. Dr. Figtree presents Nutritional seminars throughout the United States and Europe, and is the author of two books, 'Eat Smarter: Smarter Choices For Healthier Kids' and 'Health After Cancer', and the DVD/video, 'The Joy of Nutrition'.
