A note from the author
The story of how I came about writing this book is an interesting one. Towards the end of 2009, I began looking for a new church home. I visited a small church that showed a film about the birth of Christ. I was very familiar with the teaching on the video because a man by the name of Ernest L. Martin wrote a book many years ago called: The Star That Astonished the World.
Watching the film prompted me to revisit Dr. Martin's great book. Fortunately, I also felt led to Dr. Martin's website where I was astonished to discover all of his additional writings. While I haven't read all of his material and don't necessarily agree with all of his conclusions and terminology, he did introduce me to a subject that I had never encountered throughout my Christian life.
This encounter led me on a most beautiful journey to discover a doctrine that was taught in the churches for almost 500 years after Christ. This journey included extensive research and a broad study of dozens of sources as evidenced by the 25 footnotes in a book that is less than 100 pages in length.
A word of caution is appropriate for those interested in this book. Readers who are not familiar with the "Meat" doctrines in the word of God should take the time to read three of my other books that are available on our "Prophecy Countdown" website as free PDF files. The above three books should be read prior to reading Beyond the Lake of Fire, because they will provide the reader a healthy diet of "strong meat" that most in the church have never been taught. Without reading these other titles, the reader will probably not understand the basic teaching which needs to be properly understood. Without this basic foundation this current title may seem to be "erroneous" to the reader.
One final note is in order. Satan does not like the message in this book. Immediately after finishing this book I suffered a heart attack where I was rushed to the hospital. I truly thought that my time was up, but God has been merciful to me and he has allowed me to continue in my quest to persuade men.
