About the Author

Jessie Glover Wilson had a career in nursing education and nursing administration for over 35 years. She implemented and directed several nursing educational programs from the 1960s to the early 90s. After retirement she became active in developing and facilitating a Grief Share program, and is a Stephen Minister in her church, ministering to hurting people. She has conducted workshops on Stress, Death and Dying, and Conflict Resolution in hospitals and churches. She recently published a book entitled The Diploma Nurse, Her Shining Day-Her Fading Touch. The book has been added to the curriculum at the Nursing Program at Oklahoma Baptist University. It may be obtained from Amazon and other online retailers. The author resides with her husband Ronald in Bixby, Oklahoma.
