Beyond The Speedway

A BOY

Alvaro Garza grew up in the fast lane as the son of Mexican racing legend Ivan Garza. From an early age, he felt the weight of his family's future resting on his shoulders.

Alvaro's talent shines through, leading his family's racing royalty from the karting circuits of South Texas to the glitz and glamour of a Formula Two World Championship in Abu Dhabi. His stepfather, Jorge Felix, and mother, Evelyn, take notice, riding the coattails of their young superstar to the bank until frustrations from the past boil over when it matters most.

BECOMES A MAN

Can Alvaro overcome the misfortune of his biggest failure, become his own man, and find purpose in lessons from his grandma Gloria, south of the border? Her soft-spoken voice and faithful heart led her grandson to God and the woman he always loved, Kloe Lavine. Alvaro and Kloe must lock arms to tackle skeletons from the past, family secrets, and many hurdles, both on and off the racing circuit. The highs of a Formula One race weekend, the lows of a career hanging in the balance for Alvaro, and an overwhelming call to action for Kloe only bring them closer. As their path to redemption begins, Raz Lopez, a friend of Ivan's and mentor of Alvaro, finds the missing piece of the puzzle while preparing his young driver for their most challenging obstacle yet.

The Indianapolis 500 brings a full circle moment for Alvaro and Kloe, but as they prepare for the race, their purpose becomes much more significant than auto racing.

Miracles from above and visits from the spirits of those passed on lay God's path in bricks, but can Alvaro hold on long enough to see his mission from the Lord through?
