Beyond the Standard Model of Particle Physics : Advanced Theories in Particle Physics

Beyond the Standard Model: Advanced Theories in Particle Physics provides a comprehensive overview of the current state of research in the field, as well as the theories and models that are being developed to explain the unexplained phenomena in the universe. It also discusses the experiments and observations that are being conducted to test these theories, and the potential implications for our understanding of the universe. The primary advantage of the book is its in-depth examination of theories that go beyond the standard model of particle physics, which has been the dominant framework for understanding particle interactions for several decades. The book assumes a solid understanding of quantum field theory, particle physics, and general relativity before delving into advanced topics in the field. Its extensive coverage includes various topics such as grand unification, supersymmetry, extra dimensions, and others. It also discusses the theoretical and experimental implications of these ideas, providing readers with a comprehensive overview of the current state of the field. Additionally, the book highlights the significance of experimental data in testing new theoretical ideas and refining them based on experimental results. As a result, this resource is invaluable for graduate-level researchers, physicists and students seeking to stay abreast of the most recent developments in the field.

Key Features:

• Provides extensive coverage of theories that transcend the Standard Model of particle physics,

• Connects theoretical concepts with real-world experimental data in a clear and accessible style.

• Written by an expert in the field.
