Bible Conversation Teasers for the Rest of Us : For Inquiring Minds, Converts and New Believers

Are you a new Christian and want to learn more about God but don't know where to start? Are you a busy professional and don't have the time you think it would take to study the Bible? Are you a curious college student that wants to know what this Bible stuff is all about? Maybe you just want to learn a little bit about Christianity in order to keep up a conversation with your book club or religious friends? Is there something else wrong in your life and you can't quite put your finger on what it could be? Maybe still you are a leader in a church and you are trying to figure out how to get people like the ones I just mentioned to come to your church-for more than just Easter and Christmas that is. This book will be able to assist with all the above and more in a quest for knowledge while removing the notion that the Bible can only be read by certain people with certain schooling. We believe that the Bible is the word of God and that there is a custom made message in it for everyone who come to it with a willing heart. And that everyone includes me and it includes you.

Kimberly is a certified Christian Youth Leader. Born and raised in Queens, NY she has been writing since the age of eight by way of journaling, playwriting, and more recently through newsletters and standard operating procedures. She is excited to share her Bible essays with the world especially in the midst of a global pandemic. Her developed perspective on religion and life will inspire regular, everyday individuals like herself to give their life to Jesus Christ and encourage them to study the Bible and develop a relationship with Him for themselves. She is particularly sensitive to the needs of vulnerable populations that have been marginalized or victimized. Kimberly herself has broken several barriers as an American Black female from Queens-in school by being accepted to the United States Military Academy at West Point, in her career by being a successful Mechanical Engineer, at church by being the Treasurer, and in her personal life by owning her own business. She believes that if she can do it then it will show others that they can do it as well. Kimberly unwittingly began a spiritual and physical journey like no other after receiving a cancer diagnosis in 2011. The lessons she learned from the above experiences and more can be felt by way of both her selections of Bible topics discussed in this book as well as her unique way of expounding on each one and highlighting its interweaving themes of Jesus, the love of God, and God's promises. This book is intended to provide helpful insight for new Christian believers and others who are preparing to read the Bible for the first time. May all "that hath an ear, let him hear..." (Revelation 2:7).
