The Bible Method of Daily Living Based on Lectures by Matthew Henry

MAKE YOUR QUIET TIME LAST ALL DAY LONG.

The alarm goes off sending you rushing through your day. You find a few spare minutes to commit your day to the Lord, but time is tight and you struggle to keep your focus on God as the day goes on.

This struggle is nothing new. In 1712 Matthew Henry presented a series of lectures about how to spend time with God throughout the day. Originally published in 1880s by the American Tract Society, The Bible Method of Daily Living shows readers how to center their days around God, giving ideas for prayer and activity that draws them close to God at different times of the day.

If you'd like to spend more time with God than a rushed few minutes in the morning, The Bible Method of Daily Living is a time-tested resource for living your days in God's presence.

JAMES R. BOYD (1804-1890) wrote The Bible Method of Daily Living after being inspired by a series of lectures given on the topic by Matthew Henry in 1712. A Presbyterian, Dr. Boyd was a prolific writer and published many titles with The American Tract Society during his lifetime.
