Bellinger, Louise: The Bible as a Source Book for the Study of Textiles. 1958, 5 p., figures. Bellinger has gone through the Christian Bible and extracted comments on weaving, materials, garments and other textiles, and analyzed what this can tell about textiles at that time; there are also some discussion of similar information from other Near Eastern cultures.
