The Bible and the Working Classes (Classic Reprint)

Excerpt from The Bible and the Working Classes

Essay on the Divine Authority of the New Testament, to Bennett's Lectures on Infidelity, to Cumming's Manual of Christian Evidence, and above all, to the Philosophy of the Plan of Salvation, by an Ameri can citizen, now published in a very cheap form by the Religious Tract Society. Of course, there are many bulky volumes on the subject of the Christian Evidences; but the above are sufficient to convince any candid mind, and they are so cheap as to be within the reach of every artisan.
