In a Good, one quarter leather bound with gilt lettering on spine and gilt emblem on front, 5 raised bands, 6 compartments, some rubbing to edges and raised hubs, abrasions to corners, discoloration to spine, sturdy, Slipcase. 8vo[octavo or approx. 6 x 9], 391pp., indexed.
