An Adult Coloring Book to Relieve/Induce stress. This book contains digital art images, designed by me and with the help of iOrnament by Jurgen Richter-Gerbert. Expert level from easy to irrational. Some of them will relieve stress, others will induce high levels of frustration.

Born in 1955 to British Military family. Married at 19, have 4 children, 5 Grandchildren. Re married in 1990, immigrated to the U.S. in 1991 to Offutt A.F.B in Nebraska. Retired to Ohio in 2012. Art is prominent in the family and extended family. I began coloring a year ago when I discovered the Alzheimers was in my close family.
