Here in one value-packed volume, find stunning designs from Nickel Quilts and More Nickel Quilts by best-selling authors Pat Speth and Charlene Thode. Simpilfy the cutting process and showcase 5" squares--or scraps from your stash--in timeless quilts.
About the Author:
Pat Speth began quilting in 1988 and has a special love for scrap quilts. She enjoys discovering traditional blocks and designing new ones that can be made from 5" squares. In addition to writing numerous individual quilt patterns and a block-of-the-month, Pat has designed five fabric collections for Windham Fabrics. She travels the country, giving lectures and teaching Nickel quilt workshops.
Charlene Thode's grandmother introduced her to sewing and piecing by entertaining her with mail-order suit samples and later with cross-stitch blocks when she was just nine years old. She was reintroduced to quilting in the early 1980s and has expanded her love of the quilting arts into providing custom memory quilts and quilting, as well as teaching piecing and long-arm quilting to others.
