"…a fantastic resource that you need to put in the hands of every small group leader in your church." Jenni Catron, leadership consultant, author of The 4 Dimensions of Extraordinary Leadership
"…profound insights into being an effective small group leader…" Steve Gladen, pastor of Small Groups, Saddleback Church, author of Small Groups With Purpose, Leading Small Groups With Purpose, and Planning Small Groups With Purpose
"Heather Zempel is a small groups guru with wisdom, insight, and best practices you can't afford to miss…" Margaret Feinberg, author of Fight Back With Joy
WHAT YOU DO FOR A FEW WILL ALWAYS HAVE MORE POTENTIAL THAN WHAT YOU DO FOR MANY.
If you are a small group leader of adults (or you're thinking about becoming one), you're the hero of the church. You have the courage to focus on a small community of people and make a difference one discussion, one lesson, and one group meeting at time. You are following the last command Jesus gave His followers: Go make disciples and change the world.
In Big Change, Small Groups, Heather Zempel explores the four primary tasks every small group leader of adults needs to know. She takes what can be an overwhelming role and boils it down to its essence in this practical, and inspiring, how-to guide.
