Postage charges: $5.50 (media mail) for 1st book, $3.00 each add'l book. Priority Mail (books over 1 lb)/Ground Advantage (for books under 1 lb) p/h is $9.50 per book. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. California sales are subject to collection of sales tax. Dealers can waive sales tax by providing your resale number to us.

We are no longer shipping internationally through this website, due to ongoing problems with returned or lost packages and new postal regulations.
