Bigger Humans, Bigger Guilt: Let Go of the Past, Forgive Yourself, and Start Over Without Shame

You’re not broken—you’re just carrying more than you were ever meant to hold alone.
If you've ever looked back on your past with regret, replayed old mistakes at 3 a.m., or wondered if you're too far gone to feel light again—this book is for you.

Bigger Humans, Bigger Guilt is a warm, down-to-earth guide for anyone who’s still learning how to forgive themselves, live with what they didn’t know then, and move forward with more trust—not less.
It’s not about fixing yourself. It’s about freeing yourself.

Through honest reflections, gentle encouragement, and relatable moments from the author’s own life, this book offers:

• Permission to stop waiting for a perfect version of healing before you’re allowed to feel joy
• Language for the kind of guilt no one sees—but you carry every day
• A way forward when starting over (again) feels shameful
• The reminder that becoming a better human doesn’t require punishing your past self

You’re not too late. You’re not your worst moment. You’re still becoming—and that’s more than enough.

From the author of Bigger Humans, Heavier Days, this book isn’t about loud transformations or dramatic breakthroughs. It’s about the quiet, powerful work of self-compassion.
Because healing doesn’t need to be perfect to be real.
