Billy Graham: Leading with Love : 5 Timeless Principles for Effective Leaders

Throughout Billy Graham’s evangelical ministry, his roles as an evangelist and as “America’s pastor” have been well documented. However, the story that remains untold is the story of his leadership―both publicly and in private―as a minister and as a CEO.

For more than fifty years, Graham was CEO of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) and oversaw its worldwide gatherings and diverse media divisions. In addition, he was at the forefront of the robust “evangelical movement” that rose from obscurity in the 1940s to become a prominent social and political force fifty years later. Time magazine named Graham one of the top ten leaders of the twentieth century.

Graham’s passionate leadership style has been an inspiration to many, and now, in Billy Graham: Leading with Love, it is condensed into five essential principles. Based on interviews with Graham’s colleagues, associates, and friends, this unique insight into Graham’s life and ministry offers behind-the-scenes glimpses of his courageous leadership style and core beliefs.
