The Binding Link

Don't wait until it's too late. Learn from the 55 year experiment of my life. Don't be a human Yo yo. I review how the environment of your youth and genetics can have lasting, lifelong effects. How we use the same ego defense mechanisms over and over that stunt our emotional growth. This part memoir, part personal transformation guide looks at all aspects that keep people stuck in a relentless cycle of unhappiness. When the cycle becomes too much we usually form some type of addictive behaviors. This easy to read book shows you how I broke free from addiction using psychology, spirituality and science. How one can have true inner peace. Ultimately personal peace will lead you to the true meaning of being God conscious.
