"This story will resonate with readers who struggle with social pressure to be thin." —THE U.S. REVIEW OF BOOKS

Sabrina Hunter knows that happiness means one thing—being thin. Which is easier said than done for a girl who can down a whole package of Oreos in the course of an afternoon. When the publisher of her debut novel decides to market her as their “glamorous author of glamorous books,” using an old photo of a much thinner Sabrina, panic sets in. She’s convinced her contract will be canceled when they discover she’s gained some… okay, a lot of extra pounds.

Determined to slim down before her book launch, Sabrina joins a support group for overeaters. What she doesn’t expect is to attain something far more important than weight loss—friendship, love, and the realization that being thin isn’t the key to serenity. With a demanding editor, a difficult boss, and her sister pointing out that her real problem isn’t food addiction, but self-doubt, Sabrina embarks on a hilarious, heartfelt journey of self-acceptance.
