Illustrated throughout with two hundred and seventy-five plates (collated complete) and numerous vignette illustrations. Ex-libris bookplate of J. D. Wyatt to front pastedowns. WIth publisher's adverts to the rear of each volume. Ten volumes of thirteen only (missing volumes VII, X, and XI). In red cloth bindings. Externally sound, though with some discoloration to the spines and some marks. Wear to the heads of three spines. Hinges slightly strained. Internally, generally firmly bound.
