About the Author

Dan Roberts worked as a health writer for over 10 years for newspapers including The Guardian, The Observer, Daily Telegraph and The Independent, as well as national magazines such as Men's Fitness and Saga magazine and websites including NHS Choices. His areas of expertise include health, wellbeing, relationships, psychology and parenting. Dan went on to train in counselling, psychotherapy and coaching and now works as a Wellbeing Coach, with private practices in north London and the City. He helps clients with every aspect of their physical and mental wellbeing, but focuses on depression, anxiety and stress.
