Birthing The Vision

Annette Dove, Founder and CEO of TOPPS INC., unlocks chambers of her journey to building a non-profit organization in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Her venture reflects the struggles, courage, strength, and victory that comes along with stepping out on faith and obeying God. In her first narrative, she sums up 14 years of experience, wisdom, and knowledge; combining it with a mixture of comedy and guidance for those who may endeavor to start a business and have not seen it manifest. After many sacrifices, tears, and prayers… Dove opens up about the hardships she faced during the birthing process of TOPPS (Targeting Our People’s Priorities with Service). She also shares the formula she used in order to be successful throughout this voyage — Trusting GOD. After explaining how it all began, Annette invites you to read about the latter successes of TOPPS in the upcoming sequel: The Victory in Waiting.

Annette Dove has over 30 years of experience working directly with youth. She taught in the Pine Bluff School District for 11 years, and served as the director of the federally-funded HIPPY program for 11 years prior to starting TOPPS. In her spare time, Dove enjoys spending time with her family.
