About the Author

Aeman Mohammed earned his Bachelor and Master's degrees from Garyounis University (Benghazi-Libya) on electrical and electronic engineering in 1996 and 1999 respectively. In 2009 he awarded his doctoral degree from the department of Telecommunications and Applied Information Theory (TAIT), University of Ulm - Germany.
