The Black Aurora

For centuries they have called her wicked, cursed, untouchable.

But they never knew the truth Auri was the one who fed their land, healed their sick, and silenced the fires that could have devoured them all. When jealousy and fear turned them cruel, they burned her family instead. She ran into the deep woods, where the earth still whispered her name, and there she built her peace out of ash and moonlight.

A thousand years later, Auri lives quietly among the trees with her panther, Obsidian. She trades her herbs, brews her candles, and keeps her power veiled behind soft mornings and fall skies. Yet peace never lasts for those born of magic. When three witches curse Miss Etta the only soul who ever truly saw her the calm shatters. Grief turns to thunder. The forest answers her fury.

The Black Aurora is a dark, poetic rebirth of the misunderstood witch myth a story where nature remembers, vengeance breathes, and a woman long hunted learns that mercy is a choice she no longer owes.

They called her a monster.

She became the Black Aurora.
