Dr. Waddell has a distinguished bio and helped to open veterinarian medicine to black me by serving at the Tuskegee Institute as well as the US Army. The book includes bios of several deans at various vet programs as well personal letters On the inside board there is a Certificate of Appreciation (copy) from Governor George C. Wallace. On the ffep is a personal type note to a friend. Dr Waddell had retired to Hawaii. On the back inside board is a note writen by the owner. The blue boards and gilt lettering is intact. There is also previous owners printed name on the front in gilt. Two small black marks noted. Seller Inventory # 002343
