There is a great deal of solid information on prevention and treatment here. Proper diet, cholesterol levels, and ways to control fat and salt intake are discussed. The importance of exercise is stressed and various types are recommended. This excellent source is highly recommended for young African Americans who wish to become more literate about health care and health-related problems.
