About the Author

Tegan Williams is a national of the Republic of Togo, a graduate in Law, a minister of God and a composer of spiritual songs. He started his education in Ghana, and later in his hometown and then at the ''Universite du Benin'',(Lome,Togo). He has worked as French Lecturer in colleges in a West African English speaking country.
