About the Author
Dean Armstrong KC is a very experienced litigator who is widely recognised as one of the leading cyber and data lawyers in the country. Dean is ranked Band 1 in Chambers & Partners for his crypto work.
He is a regular commentator and lectures extensively on all matters relating to data and cyber and, in recent times, has advised high profile entities on the GDPR and consequences of a data breach.
He is the co-author of Cyber Litigation: The Legal Principles, Cyber Risks and Insurance: The Legal Principles and Bloomsbury Professional Law Insight - Cryptocurrency in Matrimonial Finance all published by Bloomsbury Professional.
Dan Hyde writes, lectures and practises innovative law. A pioneer of the law as it applies to emerging tech he is a leading cybersecurity lawyer and advised the Law Commission on its recent review of cybersecurity and data protection law in the UK. He delivers talks around the World, is a Visiting Professor of Law at Queen Mary, University of London and has authored four published books on cybersecurity, cryptocurrency and blockchain regulation.
