It's Not Bloody Rocket Science Journal : 101 Things You Can Actually Do Right Now to Improve Your Home and Work Life

How many times have you been on a training course or read a self-help book and not done anything as a result - even if you meant to?

How many times have you tried to kick a bad habit and failed? Or made a New Year's resolution and broken it within days?

How many times a week do you find yourself saying "I don't have time..." or "I wish I could..."?

If so, don't worry - that's perfectly normal.

This journal is a practical antidote to all of those tricks that our brains play on us, meaning that all too often we keep bad habits alive and kicking, leave training in the classroom and lessons unlearned.

Dulcie Shepherd Swanston spent over twenty years in leadership roles in pubs, restaurants and corporate offices before setting up a training company and becoming an executive coach, public speaker and writer. She has heard all the excuses and used many of them herself. In her first book, It's Not Bloody Rocket Science, she shared the top ten pieces of science and research that her clients keep returning to, making them simple to understand and remember. In this companion journal she shares more secrets about how to make them work for you -and make them stick.

Simple activities, taking minutes not hours, all proven to help you think better, feel more positive, improve your mood and achieve more.

Your best life can start right here. Right now.
