It's Not Bloody Rocket Science: Mentoring Journal: Life and Leadership Hacks via Neuroscience, Psychology and Common Sense

Mentoring is usually a relationship between two successful, busy people - and that's exactly the challenge.

If you've been asked to mentor, it's almost certainly because you're good at what you do and you genuinely care about helping others grow. Your time is already accounted for, several times over.

If you're coming to this as a mentee, you're probably at one of those moments where everything is about to accelerate - a bigger role, a steeper learning curve, more riding on every decision. You're not short of things to do either.

This is a book for both of you. For mentoring partners who want to make the most of the time they spend together and get a real return on that investment - for themselves and for their businesses.

However, most mentoring relationships are conducted over a series of just a few very precious hours and our research revealted that not many people had received format mentoring training - neither mentors, nor their partners.

So how can you learn to make the very most of that precious time?

Here's our solution. A practical workbook for busy people.

No need to work through these activities start to finish. Just one or two of these science-backed, experience-based, thinking boosts will ensure your time together delivers more in less time.
