About the Author

Markeith L. Porter is a twenty-two-year veteran of the United States Navy, who was awarded a Commendation Medal for his management and leadership skills. A graduate of Regents College, he went on to earn his MBA from the University of Phoenix and a doctorate from Concordia University. Currently, he works as a professor at California University of Management and Sciences.
