Hardback in Good Plus condition. Green boards with colour lettering and design are bumped and scuffed to the corners, rubbed and a little scuffed to the edges and head and toe of the spine, a slight dent to the lower front edge,some minor surface marks and soiling, 280 pages, six black and white plates as stated, tissue in place between frontspiece and title page, 40 pages of advertisements to the rear with 13 black and white plates, school prize label to front paste down (dated December 1895), edge of the text block somewhat uneven and soiled, scattered minor use marks, corners of some pages dog-eared, binding is secure but feels just a little loose, some wear to the front gutter, rear gutter has split but the cover and text block remain attached, a little tearing to the edges of some pages at the spine. No jacket. A nice, presentable copy notwithstanding these faults. Seller Inventory # 000827
