Blue

Blue is a coming of age story about Cole Levy. After he moves with his family to Charleston, SC, he joins the football team but is derailed as he tries to make new friends. He is quickly forced to navigate his emotions from a traumatic event, a breaking family dynamic, and an unexpected independence forced upon him. As an above average student and athlete, he forms a lasting friendship with Chad Russell, and finds safety with the Russell family. Cole eventually follows in the footsteps of his father and joins the Navy. He battles the psychological scars of his past and has difficulty finding love until he comes to terms with his rival, Billy McCaster. They work together to solve the mystery of a trauma that haunts him.
