Sydney : Studio Magazines, February 1995. Issue 00. Quarto, illustrated wrappers, 154 pages, extensively illustrated with high quality photography, occasional light handling marks a very good copy. The Premiere issue of the groundbreaking magazine aimed at a gay male audience, each magazine essentially a photobook of the highest quality, with articles, interviews and editorial on issues relating to gay Australian men from the mid-nineties to the mid-noughties. Burroughs, George Platt Lynes, Gilbert and George, Rupert Everett, Uma Thurman, Wilhelm von Gloeden and countless others. This issue includes illustrated articles on William Yang, Ian Roberts, Pierre et Gilles and other gay artists, writers, sportspeople and celebrities.…
