It will be there to accompany you and offer lessons throughout your life, to raise you up when you are down, to introduce a certain cynical flair when you get carried away with the furry purple positivity in life. Within the local vicinity of this authors household, it is quickly becoming the latest hot read, the poacher pocket sized portable plethora of peculiar pondering. Those easily offended or not too familiar with chortling or guffawing may well protect themselves by leaving this book on the shelf and quietly backing away before screaming and running for safety.

I was 9 years old when Mum left. That was the point at which my life started to shape itself into the absurd garage sale of an existence that it became. I met my husband Steve when I was 17, we married in 2000 after I graduated from university having read business management. 4 years later I underwent major brain surgery, in an effort to cure severe epilepsy that I had blight my life since I was a year old. After the 42 staples in my head and waking with a bag of drained brain juice on my shoulder I had no more seizures. 3 years later Steve and I left the UK and moved around the world to live in Western Australia of which I am now so happy to call home. This is why my existence here is a garage sale, many elements, many facets and infl uences, all of which I throw on to paper in the form of artwork, verse or miscellaneous rants. Enjoy.
