My Blue Teddy Bear

A book about how much we love our stuffed animals.

As an artist I love to explore various styles and mediums. I love art that is colorful and cheerful. I developed a technique of working on wood with metal accents that is truly unique to me. I take moments of simple beauty and bring them to life with vivid colors, creative mediums, accents, and brilliant finishes. Charcoal, graphite, colored pencils, and watercolor have been my newest inspiration and once I have the vision in my head I can't rest until it's created, just as vibrant and fun as it's was in my mind." Working with children has always been important to me. I have worked with special needs children through The Miami Children's Hospital and the Dan Marino Center. I also teach several children's art classes, which lead to the inspiration for the Blue TeddyBear series which is based on my daughter and her Blue Osito.
