Printed in black within an elaborate border. Edges lightly worn and a light blue stain to the bottom, right-hand corner. An uncommon broadside with names and addresses of the Commissioners, the Standing Committees for 1853-54; Officers of the Corporation; and Tax Collectors. Very good.
